Hashemite- means happy.
Jordan is in the midst of middle East. It has no natural resources and agriculture. But, the economy is better than other neighboring countries such as Iraq, Palestine, Syria etc. King Abdullah and Queen Rania are most modern, well educated and the country is not as fanatic as other Islamic nations.
My favourite hotel is Hotel Jerusalam.
